Sta. Catalina Credit Cooperative (SCC) and Sta. Catalina Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SCMPC) are two leading cooperatives in Cotabato that are actively involved in community outreach. Among their programs for the community are: yearly conduct of medical check-up, free dental extract, bloodletting, FBS check-up, operation tuli, feeding program, Alagad Eskwela, pamaskong handog, and livelihood trainings. They are also involved in advocacies, such as: gender awareness, tree planting, and youth workshop.

Started in 1983 as a consumers cooperative, it gradually expanded its operations to agri marketing and trading, and later to savings and credit, in the process becoming a multi-purpose cooperative. In 2010, the cooperative split into the present SCC and SCMPC.

SCMPC operates a consumers store, motor shop, SMB dealership, gasoline station, car wash and vulcanizing shop, rice mill, corn sheller, mechanical dryer, warehouse, trucking services, and repair & welding shop. It also operates a Training Centre & Function Hall and Hostel Inn & Dormitory.

SCC, on the other hand, has various savings and loans products as well as insurance and funeral services. It has 20 offices/branches and 2 satellite offices serving members in North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Bukidnon and Iloilo. It has a total membership of 34,074, including 7,072 associate members, and 16,580 youth savers.

At the end of December 2016, SCC reached a billion pesos in total assets.
