Her journey with the co-op began with a modest loan, which she used as her capital for her sari-sari store. Undeterred by challenges, she expanded her business ventures with an internet. Despite setbacks such as the devastation wrought by Typhoon Sendong, Julieta persevered, securing another loan to rebuild her internet café, and continued her entrepreneurial journey.

With each loan, Julieta demonstrated her resilience and determination, using the funds to diversify her business portfolio. From capitalizing a piggery business to venturing into the lucrative cake industry with her sister, she seized every opportunity to grow her enterprise.

Julieta’s exemplary standing within MSU-IIT NMPC is evident not only in her financial success but also in her reputation as a dependable and responsible member. Her commitment to timely repayments and active engagement with the co-op has earned her the respect of her peers and the trust of the institution.
