The MASS-SPECC Consultancy Unit (MCU) is the extension arm of MASS-SPECC that offers a range of services to credit and savings member co-operatives. Our services include assessment, planning, resource access, coaching, mentoring, management assistance, and continuous improvement. We specialize in helping co-operatives achieve growth, increase profitability, improve board leadership, and strengthen management. Our programs and solutions are tailored to the specific needs of each co-operative and cover areas such as:

Under the Consultancy unit, the Capacity Building (CB) Program titled “Improving Co-operative Capacity for Member Development: A Capacity Building Program to Grow Members to Grow Co-operatives” has been established. This program sets co-operative standards that focus on effectively translating the co-op sector’s mission towards member development, emphasizing co-operative values and principles.
